We are the factory, not a middleman.

Jaycomia Keycaps designs, prints and packs dye-sublimated PBT keycap sets in our own workshop in Changsha, Hunan, China. Eight sublimation lines — film imaged in-house, every legend system produced under one roof — with capacity we can expand further whenever demand requires it. That is why we can take small trial orders and large volume runs alike, ship in bulk on schedule, and still keep every step — colour, lead time and quality — under our own control.

Four ways to work with us

  • Reseller — stock our catalogue. Order our current designs at wholesale terms. Mixed designs and mixed legend systems may be combined in one order, and we can start you off from as few as 5–10 sets.
  • Regional distribution — territory agreements. For established keyboard retailers and e-commerce sellers. Territory-based pricing protection so you are not competing against your own supplier's retail store.
  • OEM / ODM — your design, your brand. Send us artwork and we produce it on our blanks under your label, with your packaging and your SKUs. We already print for several keyboard brands in China and overseas. Blank (undecorated) sets are also available if you finish in-house.
  • Turnkey production setups — make keycaps yourself. If you would rather build production in-house, we supply the whole stack: keycap heat-transfer presses, PET transfer film, PBT keycap blanks, and the technical training to run them. See the next section.

Turnkey dye-sublimation production packages

We have run dye-sublimation keycap production for years — the presses, the film, the colour matching, and the process parameters nobody writes down. Instead of keeping that to ourselves, we now sell the complete setup to partners who want keycap capability of their own.

  • Equipment: keycap heat-transfer presses, configured to your target output
  • Consumables: PET transfer film, sublimation ink and PBT keycap blanks in multiple profiles and layouts, available on ongoing supply
  • Technical support: process parameters (temperature, pressure, dwell time), colour matching, film imaging and yield tuning
  • Training: remote guidance as standard; on-site or in-factory training available on request

We have already made every mistake, so you do not have to. Tell us your target output and we will configure a package — pricing is quoted per configuration.

What we can produce

  • Profiles: Cherry and MOA
  • Constructions: non-translucent, side-lit, LAS edge-lit (our own build), and blank minimalist
  • Legend systems in-house (15): English, Japanese, Korean, Cangjie, Bopomofo, Hebrew, Arabic, Thai, Russian, Ukrainian, German, French, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and blank
  • Material: dye-sublimation on ≥85% PBT — legends are printed into the plastic, not coated on top, so they do not fade or rub off
  • Processes: dye-sublimation as standard; doubleshot and PC processes available
  • Custom work: colour matching, per-design film proofs, pre-production samples, private-label boxes and printed inserts

Terms at a glance

  • Minimum order — our stock designs: 5–10 sets. Designs and legend systems can be combined in one order, and volume discounts start from that level.
  • Minimum order — your own artwork (OEM): 50 sets. Custom artwork carries fixed film and setup costs, which is why the entry point is higher.
  • Lead time: 7–15 working days for catalogue designs; 4–8 weeks for custom artwork
  • Payment: 30% deposit, 70% before dispatch — T/T or PayPal. OEM: 50 / 50.
  • Incoterms: EXW Changsha, FOB Shenzhen / Shanghai, or DDP on request
  • Pricing: we do not publish wholesale pricing, because publishing it would undercut the partners who sell for us. Quote on application.
  • Samples: single sets can be ordered at retail price before you commit to a wholesale order

One thing worth understanding about our pricing: the largest cost in a keycap order is usually not the keycaps, but shipping and handling per set. The more sets in one shipment, the lower the landed cost per set — which is why volume changes the economics so much, and why the discount we can offer on real volume is large.
