1. Products

JAYCOMIA keycaps are produced to order in our own facility in Changsha, China. Keycap sets are sold as sets; keyboards, switches and other accessories shown in photos are not included unless stated.

2. Pricing & payment

All prices are in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

3. Production & shipping

Production: about 48 hours.
International shipping: typically 7–15 business days depending on destination, with tracking.
Shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment and is identical to the rate configured at our carrier.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site (product photography, renders, texts, the JAYCOMIA name and logo) belongs to Changsha Hokeys Technology Co., Ltd and may not be reused without written permission.

5. Warranty & liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China; cross-border consumer disputes are handled in good faith through negotiation first.
