At Jaycomia Keycaps, all keycap sets are dye-sublimated, inspected, and packed in our own factory in Changsha, China.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• In-stock items are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
• Every shipment includes an online tracking number provided upon dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Times (Transit after Dispatch)

• United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
• Europe: 8–18 business days
• Asia-Pacific: 5–12 business days
• Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

Customs & Import Duties

Orders are shipped international delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees incurred in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
