Legends are printed into the plastic — never coated on top, never fade or rub off. 5-sided sub on select sets.

PBT with ≥85% PBT content. Thick walls, ~1.7mm cap body, textured matte surface.

04 · Backlight behaviour
Side-lit · south LED ✓ best
South-facing LEDs shine straight through the side legends — the full glow effect the set was designed for.
Side-lit · north LED △ partial
With sufficient brightness the characters still glow a little — but the top of the caps will leak light under strong light.
Non-translucent — no glow
Fully opaque caps: nothing to light up, on purpose. Maximum legend contrast day and night.
