30-Day Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your JAYCOMIA keycaps. If something is not right, here is exactly how we make it right.
1. Free replacement — no return needed
- Unclear characters, wrong or misprinted legends → we reprint and resend for free.
- Missing keycaps in your set → we resend the missing keys for free.
- Damage caused by shipping → send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we resend for free.
2. Returns & refunds
- Unopened, unused sets can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
- Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer; returns for our error or damaged goods are paid by us.
3. Made-to-order notice
Multi-language sets are produced to order (about 48 hours of production). Because of this, opened/used keycap sets that are simply a change of mind on layout or language cannot be resold and are not eligible for refund — but we will always work with you on a fair solution.
4. Order cancellation
You may cancel free of charge any time before production starts (usually within 24 hours of ordering). Email us and we refund 100%.
